Why Funkins?
- Mealtime with kids is messy! It just is. In addition to being a great crumb-catcher on any table, desk or in little laps, Funkins can also serve as a protective barrier on public eating surfaces.
- Environmentally Responsible. American school kids toss out a shocking 4.6 billion pounds of lunch waste every year. Funkins are washable, reducing mealtime waste by eliminating the use of paper towels, paper napkins and disposable table liners. Schools and parents love that Funkins help to teach children important green habits for life. According to the EPA, reusing items is even better than recycling because items do not have to be reprocessed before they can be used again.
- Won’t get lost. Each Funkin has a hand-sewn label for your child’s name.
- Award Winning. Funkins has been widely recognized by the Parent Tested Parent Approved community, winning the PTPA Seal of Approval in 2012. Funkins achieved “exceptional” ratings across all categories of quality, durability, value and style.
OUR REVIEW:
WE LOVE FUNKINS! My girls were so excited when they saw them come out of the box they could hardly stand it. They love the designs, the feel, and couldn't wait to use them. I (as a Mom) love that they are lead and phthalate free, and made with low-impact dyes. Not to mention when we use Funkins we are helping keep waste out of the landfill. Funkins are a win-win! There are so many designs to choose from, and there are also some organic cotton options, which is fantastic. I thinks it's fun putting them in my daughters lunch bag, knowing they make her smile. And they brighten up the dinner table. There are so many designs that there is a Funkin for everyone. The Happy Green Baby Family gives Funkins a BIG thumbs up! Let the fun unfold with Funkins reusable cloth napkins for kids!
