Our Review

We were asked to review the 18" muscle stick roller in exchange for an honest review, and truthfully, I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm happy to report we really like it.  The roller is made with a professional grade flex resistant stainless steel core, with soft rubber hand grips. The ABS plastic rollers help contour to your body, and you can use it before your workout to stretch, promote blood flow, or you can use it to reduce your post workout soreness by breaking  down muscle knots.  The muscle stick roller has a lifetime guarantee, and should not break or bend. I found the roller to to work great on my legs and arms, even my neck.  But if you are looking to help with tight back muscles this is probably not the device for you.  The rollers do squeak a bit, even though it does say squeak free. With purchase you are suppose to receive  FREE eBook guide and lifetime access to our how-to videos, I however, did not receive this, and am putting an inquiry into the company regarding this, as I'm sure it's just an oversight. I was given this product to review in exchange for an honest review.  As we know, the most important thing about a helmet would be how it protects you in a crash, however, that is not something I can testify to for this review.  What I can tell you about is some of the features:   This helmet comes in two sizes,  S/M and M/L.  The steps are quality, easy to adjust, feel nice to the touch (no starching or itching) and lay flat against your cheek. The knob at the back of the helmet aids in tightening the helmet to a better fit.  The easy use of the straps and adjustment knob made it easy and fast to get a great fit, which is something that I have struggled with on other helmets.   This helmet also has great ventilation, making longer bike rides more enjoyable.  I love that the company is willing to stand behind their product; If you are unsatisfied for ANY reason, you can contact them for a replacement or a full refund of your entire purchase price.  Our Review

The Hydration Belt by Project Vigor is extremely lightweight & comfortable; the belt adjusts easily for the perfect fit across your hips.  The plastic bottles are BPA free, fit nicely in their space without bouncing around and are easy to wash out. (They did have a very unpleasant smell upon arrival, but the smell went away as soon as I washed them.)  The bottles are only 6 oz. so if you need a larger amount then it's not the pack for you.  However, it's perfect for runners/walkers or even hikers (when traveling with someone else carrying a larger water supply).  The pocket has enough room for a phone, your key and/or a power snack of some sort.  I haven't washed mine, so I can't confirm how it holds up to that process, but I can say it dries out very quickly after a hard workout.  The company offers a 1 yr. warranty.

Our Review:  

I love this DVD!  I have taken Yoga in the past - in fact I did yoga all the way through my second pregnancy up until the day before delivery.  However, over the past couple years I have fallen out of practice, so I was super excited to be asked to try out this DVD to get back into the swing of things. Although I was excited about trying this DVD I kept putting it off, because honestly I've tried other yoga DVD's and they have bored me.  Not the actual exercise bored me but the voice and/or the music, and the slow pace.  When I am bored I have a really hard time staying focused and engaged, and I have a hard time not planning my to-do list in my head while I am doing the downward dog.  This DVD is great, it's none of those things.  It is a faster pace routine, but not too fast for a beginner after a couple times. This DVD may be bit hard for a very beginner on the first round or two,  but none of the moves require a yoga background or major flexibility, so after a few times a beginner would have no problem keeping up, which is great. Julie's voice is soothing, but not boring.  I also like that you can break the workout into a smaller session or go for one long workout.  It's a great workout for those wanting to try yoga out and for those, like me, that need to get back in the swing of things.  I HIGHLY recommend this DVD!
