What I love… it's a FUN plate for kids and NOT plastic! Let's face it, all the 'fun kid' plates are plastic! Well, not anymore. The plate is 10.5" x 7.5" x 1.25", and dishwasher safe. Please don't put it in the microwave - it's steel and that is a bad idea. If you have a little kid who wants a fun plate to use, I recommend it. My girls are 6 and 9, and both of them love it.
